Cancelled Bookings and Refunds for Deposits

 

Overview

Full refunds granted:

  • If the reason for cancellation is covid-19 infection
  • If you cancel your booking within more than 48 hours prior to arrival

 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to your arrival
  • If you do not provide the requested forms of identity documents within 48 hours prior to your arrival

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
